The current mod version (1.7.1) is considered "not a valid mod" with error code 16 by the game

Im gonna fix that tomorrow, for now engine features isnt a valid mod

[enable_data_download_failed] File "E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\726840\2434673028/ImprovedCEODifficulty.json" is not a valid mod (code 16)

i'm guessing the latest game patch messed up something. think you can take a look?
