The map is almost perfect, just the advantage of the ct on the A site is too large, I would recommend making some kind of window for flash in the A garage or change the timings of the ct, also after playing 5v5 against friends, I concluded that 6/6 times when I tried to occupy the balconies on A for terrorists, I practically had no chance.

Just by testing the timings with friends, I came to the conclusion that the CTs are arriving at the Apartments fairly quickly while the terrorists have no time to throw a molotov to keep the counter terrorists out of the Balconies, also, CTs are arriving a little bit late to Mid Window and Bombsite B, so I will bring the spawn closer to Bombsite B and Mid Window and move away from Bombsite A a little, and I will add windows on A Garage as you mentioned.

After trying to make the window in the A Garage, they had vision between Balcony and A Garage, so I undo the changes I made and only changed the timings, A Garage window needs more work and will not be in the next update.
