I am able to place Tacks on Districts and see the yield. However, after saving the game and relaunching, the District Tacks disappear. If I create a Tack for say a Wonder, that Tack DOES appear after re-save, just not the Districts. So, I tried naming the District - but same result. ie District Tack disappears when relaunched.
