Halloween 2016 unusuals aren't showing up
halloween2016_unusuals.pcf doesn't show up in the list, and I can't use any of the particles from it using other addons that support particle effects. I have already validated my TF2 files. Can anyone else use the 2016 unusuals?

Actually, that's not entirely true. I was able to use the center glow of the Tesla Coil unusual using PAC3, but nothing else loads.

They weren't showing up on the list because the lists need to be updated manually, but all of the new TF2 particles are on there now.
