A lot of the restaurants and gas stations etc have soda fountains, but to my knowledge none of these work. With the addition of paper cups to the vanilla game, I feel like this is such a golden opportunity to make some system where you can fill a cup with "soda" from the fountain!

It could work similarly to how you currently have the vending machines require one "money" to give you a soda can; you give it a paper cup and it would need to be powered (and possibly plumbed?). Taking a step further would be adding a way to "refill" the soda machine with syrup packs, instead of needing to find a new soda machine; though really I just want to be able to steal a soda machine and use it at my base
