I'll be updating this guide as I play, so I'll throw that tip into the guide (With credit) so I appreciate the help in all this hunting for secrets!
I did want to make a couple suggestions, just to help out.
The Jumpscare Easter egg can be easily triggered with explosive weapons (error on my part.), but you're actually supposed to shoot the top window at Sugar Cube Corner.
The 3 jail cells you could end up in will either have the Spaz-12, M60 + plus Widows Wine, and HAMR.
For the Russian nesting dolls, yes there is a Rainbow Dash one somewhere. I'll give you a hint. It's around the area where Speed Cola is.
There is a little something you earn from them if you shoot (or melee) them all in the right order.
There's a couple more upgraded weapon names in the box still. (Though I figured you might've known that already.) Rainbow Dash and Rarity have their own custom names for a certain weapon.
I'll give a hint to what those weapons could be. For Rarity, pay a close look at what weapon she has on the loading screen.
For Rainbow Dash, you can find it on the wall near Speed Cola.
The "Special Costumes" are only triggered when you complete the final step of the Easter egg. (Unlocking the portal)
Great guide though! It makes me happy to hear that people were able to find these nice little secrets that I hid in the map.
