For anyone else who may be curious but doesn't feel like trying this out for themselves:
Pressing the button unlocks the back door in the hub room, which exposes a brick wall with that one spraypaint of a guy carrying an umbrella followed by a creepy music sting. There is no monster (I drove around the map clockwise and counter- after pressing it and encountered nothing). At a certain point the door closes and you can press the button to unlock it again, albeit without the music sting playing.

As a double check I noclipped around the entire map (with the aimbot gun mod in the offchance an entity spawned) and still found nothing. Maybe if anyone was really curious they could check the map in hammer but I don't feel the need to do so.
