record mode general bodyguard size did not work, population growth works though

Intended change, romance mode health is nerfed as the generals are single entities and can build way too much HP, general bodyguard size mantains the same as they're multiple entities (Its has no drawback no matter how low their resolve is)

It seems like for whatever reason this mod is breaking the Sun Ce Fates Divided campaign. I decided to see what Sun Ce was dealing with in FD, and this mod makes about 5 or 6 of his generals leave on turn 1, including Zhang Zhao and Lady Wu! I'm not sure why it would do that, but I'm sad to have to disable this mod now.
