Hold the Q key, click on the NPC tab, the SNPCs are located under the 'theoneman's World War 2 SNPCs' category.

Q: "Are you planning on adding vehicles?"

No. Vehicles are a pain to code, the required models and textures take up a lot of file size, vehicle based NPCs are rather buggy in GMod, and their code breaks very easily, especially after updates.

If I were to add them, I'd only make a single one for each faction.

No, I do not take requests.
