[READ] Possession Controls
Global
WASD - Move
R - Use Item/Spell
Number keys - Change equipped item
Space/CTRL - Roll (Or jump if you're sprinting)
+walk [unbound by default] - Walk
G - Gestures
E - Kick (Doesn't deal damage, opens doors.)

Right hand
Left click - Attack
(Hold) Left click - Combos
Shift+Left click (Without running) Strong attack
Shift+Left click (While running) Running attack

Left hand
Right click - Attack/Guard
Shift+Right click - Parry

you can parry without a shield, unlike in dark souls 2 and 3

are there multiple items other than the estus flasks or will there not be because in the controls you shown a bind to switch between items

specifically im saying this because when i press the number keys either regularly or on the numpad it wont show a different item

some players have multiple items, most only have estus though, solaire is an example of a vanilla npc with multiple items

Ok thx it rly helped cus i was so confused about not being able to switch items with characters like oscar

can you maybe add an "attack cancel" key bind? but like make it toggleable? so if someone wants a challenge they could just leave it turned off but for people like me who just want the characters for fun they can... dodge properly?
