i will go first

this is a great mod and i love everything about it yet it doesn't make sense that the strider just falls down like that without say punching their leg

Yeah, I think I might entirely rework the Strider KillMove, as it was my first one and it looks quite unrealistic.

when i did it it was an accident and the onlything that i could think while i watched it was "what the hell is going on?"

Yeah, I want to make the KillMove more 'understandable', if you know what I'm saying.

the hunter kill move is brutal! idk if you seen it.

the hunter animation is a little janky, and also a doom eternal kill move, which is pretty cool

You need to have an NPC up against a railing or low wall to perform one.

It works with any barrier that is a valid height, so you can even use props.
