The protagonist of the lore is a detective that i will call Hank because apparently Hank is a pretty common name for polices officer and detectives, so Hank was investigating a group of super rich people that was supposedly creating and sharing torture content on the internet. So, he arrived on the house of one of these rich people (the inverted pyramid house), but he was hearing a annoying hum that was getting worst when he was more close to the house. Close to the kitchen door was parked a white station wagon with black wheels (remember this) and the hum was worst. The main door of the house was unlocked, which is common in the Teardown universe, nothing weird there. While exploring the house, but there was a room that was locked. He went to the kitchen but the hum was so loud here that Hank ran to the outside less than 5 seconds when he entered there. He noticed that the car was missing, he started feeling that was being watched. He ran to his car but he noticed a window that was more bright than the others, and that window was from the locked room. He entered his car and leaved this place.
