Funny Story, I actually tried this out years ago and it would not work. The only way to do this is to either re-upload the mod to the workshop with different music, or manually replace the music files yourself.

Do this mod keeps the Black Mesa OST? I like it a lot and I still yet to find a mod that mixes both.

No, it is only Half-Life music.
