thank you for reporting that! I had noticed that my pawns stopped doing their work and were even idling when they had jobs to do Right There, but I hadn't pinned down what was causing it. That'll be fixed in the next update, hopefully that's the reason behind it. If you find anything else, let me know!
When this happens, the builder will refuse to build, right clicking plans won't feedback any action etc - This seems to span all plants.

The mod thats letting me zoom in more and out is camera +
This is a known problem, and I'm currently working on it. I know what the problem is, I think. Until it's fixed, you can get around it by manually telling your pawns to cut the plants and manually forcing orders. This should be fixed by tomorrow or the day after, I'm prioritizing it since it's pretty game-breaking.
I also use Camera+, someone else reported a bug with the poplar tree but as I'm not having this bug myself, I'm unsure of how to fix it. It may be a mod conflict. I'm converting my defs to patches though, so that may resolve the issue!
I use graphics setter too, so it's not that either.

This repeats for the other vanilla plants.
Your first error refers to a version of the poplar that doesn't exist anymore; in the earlier versions of my mod, I didn't know how to write patches, so all vanilla plants were removed and duplicated with a new def. I removed those about two updates ago and patched them into vanilla properly, so your game is probably looking for those missing plants. I'd suggest starting a new game.
Anima stuff is for royalty, I'll add a bit to the patch in the next update so that it checks for Royalty before trying to run the patch.
As for the third problem, I genuinely have no idea what any of that means, I'm still really new and figuring everything out.
