Can't abdicate if you are not the head of your dynasty, it seems. Error is "Only the dynasty head can expand renown"

Actually, that's no bug. It's a Feaature (as dumb as it sounds). It is a feature of the base game, that only the Dynasty Head can expend renown. I used this feature to make sure that only the head of the dynasty can abdicate because in medieval times the head of a dynasty holds all the power.
