Liquid bottle emptier deletes your liquid.
The "liquid bottle emptier" always seems to remove 10kg of liquid, even if the pipe can only hold less. Means that resources are deleted instead of ending up in the pipe.

However, I am not sure. I use the desalinator and it always needs 5kg of salt water per second. Maybe the game updates too slowly and that's why the liquid is always removed in 10kg increments. On the other hand, it doesn't look like the pipe can really hold 10 kilos.
