Currently known bugs:

Using Seashelled dspecial, when hitting a platform on the same frame, can make the move display improperly

Nspecial Seashells can be grounded on platforms occasionally

B-reversed Nspecial doesn't work properly

Not sure if they count as bugs, but as far as I know, everything she is compatible with, save for Mt. Dedede, has stuff related to Shy Guy. Like for example, the dialogue with Dracula.

Should've fixed most of that with the patch I released last night! You can read a full list of fully functional compatibility in the patch notes!
