ideas for items
im trying make some sort of custom items (that actually replacing already existing artifacts)
example 1: artifact that changes your tears to flame tears or gives you an familiar
example 2: artifact that changes your stats or spawning/replacing something

Unsure what you mean by artifacts. But changing tears to look like flames can be done in several ways. The tricky one is the familiar, I'd suggest hijacking an existing familiar item and it's corresponding familiar.

im mean items, also actually im did familiar for my one item and also i did fire tears alredy so its actually easy
