Is there a way to save enhanced cards of a retired character?
The mod that I previously used had the ability to store the enhanced cards in the default decks (like the real game). Is there a way to do it with this mod?

As soon you pack up a character(click remove player button), all your enhancements will get saved.

And any characters that are "spawned" from that class will automatically have the enhancements? Or are they only contained in packed up box?

When you pack up a character They are automatically stored into the boxes you drag new copies of a class from. Not just the packed character.
