I found a fix, download Realistic Inertial Redux. I had the same problem but it worked after installing it

Oh maybe you have some model reskins? It didnt work when I used combine reskins etc. Maybe try finding them and if it still doesn't work I'm not too sure.

I've been re-installing and un-installing a bunch of stuff, only started to work when i un-installed combine reworks and hd retextures and stuff

Make sure to enable keep corpses on the c-menu
