Here's an edited version of this addon which allows player colors and decals from Players to transfer over to the ragdoll.
Nothing else added.

I will try to keep updating this with the latest versions the author of this addon puts out.
Right now, this is the 16 Mar @ 6:52pm update in the change notes.
