Ragdolls grabbing?
Are the ragdolls grabbing onto ledges? because sometimes it seems like it but then i cant seem to recreate it. it seems like they hang on for about 2-3 seconds. sometimes it even seems like they reach for stuff to grab.

This is not a feature but it's a quirk with ragdolls where the edge can sometimes end up in the small gap between the physics object of the hand and the physics object of the forearm giving the appearance of it grabbing on.

like the hand could freeze in place if it goes over a ledge?

Something similar could be the ragdoll grabbing a physics objects when falling next to it. If it's a big/frozen object they could grab it as in trying not to fall and if it's a small objects they would bring it with them or something.

it would be hard because it would have to scan every prop and the nearest prop to the hand to grab on.
