I guess Pavel meant to take care of the Ed’s grave.

Victor and Yuri got the document on Komarov and the former decided that both should kill him right away and succeeded. That's why we have a scene of his funeral at the end.

What I wanna know is who the Bratva member was who spoke to the KGB at Komarov's funeral. He kinda looked like Pelevin's co-worker. Could have been a mole.
