This mod conflicts with the "Uzi's SICK AS HELL RAILGUN" btw, i took it off and its fixed, try and find it and try disable it to see if it works with yours

Thanks for investigating I just had a look at its code, it seems you're right that is one of the mods that incorrectly sets the tool position without checking what tool is actually being held.
Unfortunately this is a common error when making tools so it's unlikely this find will fix the issue for everyone.

I kinda found how to make it work normally till someone fixes it, if you have "Uzi's SICK AS HELL RAILGUN" mod, then go to settings of that mod, and press F8 + F9 to turn on "True Multiplayer Test Mode" and its fixed. (atleast this works for me)
(As it turned out it doesnt really work...)
