yes the hand is the secret skin and you can switch it back if you want by going to mod manager clicking on phygun and going to options

I had the 100 mil before i got the phys gun and a saw the normal skin so it cant be 100 mil

Others have mentioned it, I'm just closing the thread. The secret appearance was a placeholder teaser for the Halloween skin which is now available as "Psychic Gun" in the appearance list.
