What groups exist in each campaign?
Within the patch notes and comments, I keep mentioning Urban, Rural, and Casual populations; but what are they? They are essentially the types of people you'd encounter based on your location. I will explain what each population uses per campaign and chapter below:

1. Dead Center
*Chapters 1-4 = Urban
2. The Passing
*Chapter 1 = Casual | Chapter 2 = Rural | Chapter 3 = Casual
3. Dark Carnival
*Chapter 1 = Urban | Chapter 2-5 = Rural
4. Swamp Fever
*Chapter 1-3 = Rural | Chapter 4 = Urban
5. Hard Rain
*Chapter 1-5 = Rural
6. The Parish
*Chapter 1-2 = Urban | Chapter 3-4 = Casual | Chapter 5 = Urban
7. The Sacrifice
*Chapter 1-2 = Rural | Chapter 3 = Casual
8. Cold Stream
*Chapter 1-4 = Urban
