I seem to be stuck on this mission. It is raining, dark, and there's a wooden barrier/fence by the port. I interacted with some gas cans, which placed 3 gas cans in the wooden barrier/fence. I don't know what to do next. There is nothing else to interact with. I tried blowing up the barrier with gas and explosives, shooting it, meleeing it, etc.. I don't see anything else nearby either. Please help!
