the elevator in the left building
theres 3 doors in the elevator shaft that have the buttons to call elevator and the cann do that too. theres also a fourth that has no door. what are those about? incompleted areas?

legend says if you wait in the elevator (like the scp) it will take you to the basement, and you will have 1 minute to explore then the elevator will close and nobody knows
