Locked overlay only visible while pointing at some block on the same grid
I believe this began with the latest update, where you added the new outline overlay.

Steps to reproduce:

* Hold welder
* Point at block
* Ctrl + to enable some overlay
* Shift R to lock overlay
* Put away welder
* Overlay no longer visible
* Grab welder, point at different block on same grid
* Overlay (the one locked before) is visible

Maybe unrelated, but the overlay lock button does not always work, but I haven't been able to figure out a pattern.

Thanks! I was turning off draw if no block was being aimed at xD I've also noticed some other cases where it would be too complicated to cover so it'll just update as long as overlays are enabled even if nothing is aimed at (the impact difference is negligible anyway).

As for the overlay lock bind not working sometimes, I'm not sure what that could even be, it starts monitoring the input from world start and does not stop until world exit,
It does ignore the frames when game is paused, chat is opened or cursor is visible...

Any chance the paint gun colour replace binding could be getting in the way?

Nope, they're read-only by polling if it's pressed so I can't imagine them being able to affect eachother.
