I tested Resilient vs Prone to Illness recently. The virus develops slower with resilient, but the antibodies are also cut down proportionally.
This means that with resilient you have more time to get home and make sure your moodles are managed, but it costs points and leaves you infected for longer. Prone to illness lets you recover faster and gives points.
Fast healer probably isn't worth it, but it could help with the infection, as each injury causes a decrease in antibodies. If the injury heals before you are 1/3 through the infection it would have a minor helpful effect.
TLDR: Prone to illness > Resilient | Fast healer: Minute effect
