This mod looks awesome, really interested!

If I launch a new game with just the agency mod active it works great, but trying a new game with this combined mod and R56 does not seem to load any of the agency content for me. No agency stuff anywhere, just R56!

I also tried loading this mod + the normal agency mod + r56 for fun, but this didn't work either.

I am happy to look at log files or whatever else if you need more info
