Eta area solving (SPOILER)
I can't write all quest because i didn't note it, but i can write some hints.
I made my way through the Chinese forum https://tieba.baidu.com/p/7736530765?pn=1 (I'm Russian speaking actually) using a Google translator into English and solved the ETA riddle. Since it is inconvenient to place pictures in the text here, I will give only a brief solution. I still don’t remember the sequence of events.
Given - 4 ancient titans, the technology of the measuring ship.
1. Place at least one measuring ship in the fleet that will fight with the titan (Vortical Fairy). Fight at least one battle with each of the four titans in a fleet with a measuring ship. The measured characteristics of the 4 titans will appear in the log.
2. Should have a strong fleet in the ETA system (if you will make a mistake) and use the station TEST button
3. One of the four symbols (randomly for each game) will be universal, adding any symbol to it will result in the same symbol. Determine the rest of the combinations yourself, it's hard to describe without a picture. Write them down on paper.
4. Determine the color of the main symbol (the first line of the measure description) for each of the four ships, taking into account the order of colors in brackets from 0 to 1, respectively, for (red, green, blue) or yellow = red + green.
5. The most difficult. Knowing the color of the main symbol for each titan, add ALL symbols of this color of ALL titans one by one using the rules defined in step 3. We get a control symbol for entering into the station interface. Everyone symbols will have their own color.

Так как здесь неудобно размещать картинки в тексте, дам лишь краткое решение. Очередность событий всё равно не помню, дано - 4 древних титана, технология корабля-измерителя.
1. Разместить минимум по одному кораблю-измерителю во флот, который будет сражаться с титаном. Провести хотя бы одно сражение с каждым из четырех титанов флотом с кораблём-измерителем. Появятся характеристики титанов в логе.
2. Иметь сильный флот в системе ЕТА и воспользоваться кнопкой тестирования станции
3. Один из четырех символов (случайно для каждой игры) будет универсальным, прибавляя к которому любой символ, получится тот же самый символ. Остальные сочетания определите сами, тяжело описать без картинки. Выпишите их на бумажку.
4. Определите цвет главного символа (первая строка описания) для каждого из четырех кораблей, учитывая очередность цветов в скобках от 0 до 1 соответственно для (красный, зелёный, голубой) или желтый = красный + зелёный.
5. Самое сложное. Зная цвет главного символа для каждого титана, сложите поочереди ВСЕ символы этого цвета для ВСЕХ титанов, используя правила, определённые в п. 3. Получаем символ для ввода в интерфейс станции. Цвет у каждого будет свой.
Дальше справитесь сами, я думаю.

Alright, It seems I solved it, so I will try to give a better desription:

1) It is true, you need a measuring ship in your fleet. Notably, the measuring ship needs to survive until the titan warps away
2) The test button is somewhat important as you will use it for figuring out the control symbols. However do that only after you decypher the data
3) No need to test out the combinations, as it follows the law of a + b = c (that is, if you input two non universal codes, you will get the third non universal symbol)
4) Anyway, first you need to determine the id color of the ship. This is acomplished by rounding up the three numbers you get (first line - 0.1; 0.3; 0.8) - this one gives us 0 - 0 - 1; which is blue - this way get the color of each ship
5) Now, if you have all 4 warships data, you need to get all symbols that have the corresponding color value (in this case, all symbols which after rounding give us 0 - 0 - 1).
After that is done, all that remains is to get them into the test function of the station. First you input the symbol of first and second titan, you get a resulting symbol. This one you combine with the third symbol. Finally you use the symbol you get from combining with third symbol and combine it with fourth symbol - after that, the result will give you the control symbol. You then enter the symbol with its corresponding colour into the station interface. Repeat for all titans

More things to be aware off - while color is Titan unique - that is, only one titan can have one certain color - symbols ARENT unique (as such, if you are brute forcing, you have 64 possibilities) and the universal symbol changes by saves, which also affects the results. As such, i dont reccomend save scumming

This particular "mini game" makes this mod possibly one of the least intuitive and most convoluted mods for this game. Doesn't help the really broken translations and walls of text make going through all this a slog.

I give up on this mod. Tried following the instructions in game, got nowhere. Tried following the instructions on those guide pages, also got nowhere. Tried forcing the events, still got nowhere. Complete waste of time.
