FAQ: The UI doesn't work/is stuck on "Loading..."
If you are experiencing the following issues:

  • UI isn't showing up
  • UI is non-responsive
  • UI is stuck on the "Loading..." screen

Try the following:

  • verifying the integrity of the game files
  • updating your GPU drivers

Using VR?
There's a known bug when trying to use XML UI's in VR which exists in Tabletop Simulator. There's nothing we can do to fix this, but you can upvote the bug report for it at Nolt#273[tabletopsimulator.nolt.io]

I have tried multiple times to verify the integrity of the game files and i hate the latest GPU drivers, my UI doesn't show up and when i click on the new deck button it doesn't show up at all (I'm not playing in vr)

Sorry to hear that. Can you tell me which of the other troubleshooting steps you've followed from the KB, and possibly provide a copy of your `Player.log?`

i am having the above mentiond problems too .. but with a twist :D
I host, works perfect for me .. but the other person can't see the Ui on the sides and if he clicks on the button to make a new deck, nothing happens ..
Tried with multiple different people .. same results ..

BUT

If the roles are reversed .. as in, they host and it is me who joins .. then it's me, who suffers with the same problems :'D

Tried verifying, GPU is up to date .. tried removing and re-dowlnoading the mod .. even port forwarded the steam's P2P port too, cus I read somewhere, that that could cause some hiccups too .. but nothing fixed it so far :/

XML UI issues are a problem with TTS, rather than this mod in particular.

Ensure C++ redists are also up to date.

Otherwise, what other steps have you followed from the Troubleshooting KB?
