or just a german file but i`m german player stellaris have i in german the mod is not the german files a text by the ethics. german transtaltion is better but i can not good english for translate

Are German file with the English texts.
If you switch the game to another language you will not get any explanatory texts.
A translation would be fantastic, but the English explanations in the other languages would be just as great.
