Ethics and Civics Suggestions
Please post any suggestions related to ethics and civics here. Ideas for new Civics or balance suggestions are welcome.

Make the civic "slave race" an origins
There is Aesthetic Cinematic Gameplay, and a mod by it's author Ajey that is a compatibility patch for petruxa's mod. It would be nice if this mod and Ajey's mod worked well together, or if there was a vetted compatibility patch to make sure they worked well together.
As i play to this game i've seen that capitalist path have his own playstyle, nationalist xenophobes have his own playpath, but socialist/communist are equal to any other generic path. I suggest you to give socialist/communist government a decent playthrought. YOu can make socialist state look like Paris Commune or soviet union but something to make it different from any other is needed:

-Casus Belli to export the same government everywhere
-Faction struggle to keep socialist/communist in power thorught democratic way, propaganda or reeducation. So the cooperative (socialist faction) must stay in power to have a socialist government
-Create an alliance block for the socialist only like the First Internationale.

I hope i've helped, of course you can do the same for other ideologies, but any lefty in particular is cut out of this game cause there are just corporate, vampires and liberal democracies. "shared burden" civic is just a palliative
Make socialist ideals not require a democracy or to be libritarian.
Idea. new "democratic crucaders" Civic. Basicly gives you a total war cb on any authoritarian empires that arent pacifist. And allows you to encite and fund democratic uprisings in other empires. And gives you some new wargoals to liberate or fragment enemies to screw around with. Special variation of this civic also exists if you are fanatic coopertive. Which allows you to turn into space trotskyism and ""liberate"" everyone.
I disagree with the assertion that "lefties" are cut out of the game, since "The Wiz" terminated Individualism as an ethic and substituted out Egalitarianism which is not the same thing. There was a Paradox flamewar about this back in the day which they had to forcefully shut down. Fortunately with this mod, we have Libertarianism which is closer to the Individualism ideal. In my opinion one of the major reasons we have this mod to begin with was the fact that Wiz excluded Individualism ethic and nobody liked that.

Colonizor had a good idea. To expand the revolution you can also use something like the branch office for rise some ethics shift or make terrorism

How about isolationist vs Interventionist for ethics? But incresse ethics ponts to 6. Because with this many ethics 5 wouldnt be enough.

It adds a whole new resource/planet modifiers to simulate a planetary waste/ecosystem management framework, which is just asking to be integrated with the Industrialist-Ecologist ethics and factions of this mod

Allright. New ethics spectrum. Progressive vs conservative. And the bonuses/malices would be as following. Progressive. +5% happyness, +10% leader experience gain, +5% society research speed. +10% society research from culture workers. Fanatic Progressive. +10% happyness, +20% leader experience gain, +10% society research speed, +20% society research from culture workers. -5% monthly unity, -5 stability.
