I also have the same problem, surely the mod uses some kind of sound to charge the battery since I have the mod of "Jet Set Radio Active Item charge sound"and only the modified sound is heard thanks to the mod

any chance u play rep+? i figured out that bug is related to rep+ i play now without the update dlc and repentogon and everything works fine now

yeh im getting the same issue :( might have to mute rq to read up i love the mod tho ( sounds like the encyclopedia reopening but its only an audio issue )

The sound bug started when the glitched crown pause trick was patched, before that it worked fine in Repentence+, hopefully the mod gets updated cause the sound is a bit irritating.

Yeah sound is not only a bit irritating. I can't think or read while managing the menu xD
Please update the mod @OC :)
