Is it possible to edit the character post-it notes
Is there a file saved somewhere that I can edit to reflect the actual post-it notes from the game?

You can but it's a hassle. The save file is in [ C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\data\encyclopedia ]

If you can read the save file, you can probably edit it.

I can't believe I just got had that hard by steam. I'm not sure why the path got deleted, lol.
