ABOUT THE NAMED DRAGON SKULLS MESSAGE

You may have noticed a message pop up the last time you loaded a saved game. The message states, "Named Dragon Skulls, an add-on mod is now available at Steam!" The message only runs once, unless you load a previous save.

Please let me know what you think about the message.

* Was it annoying and something you don't want to see again when I release an add-on mod?

* Was it helpful, because it let you know a feature you requested is now available, and something you'd like to see in the future?

* Was it useful information, or shameless promotion?

As for me, the new mod shows up on page 1, yesterday - top row, couldn't miss it! i just get personally annoyed by *any* type of add; my whole life is flooded with adds, tv, radio, even social sites now -- my one escape my pc games -- but now they're starting to creep in there as well, newer games have bilboards with product placements!! This Olde Time game is one that can't have adds: too Lore breaking; so just for me, the idea of *any* popups annoys me. I'm a stict Warrior, I use not one bit of magic nor occult abilities/weapons - all hardened metals and only metal and I use Cheese Wheels or patience to heal haha! I'm Supa Hard Kore!!!! >) Building my characters from scratch through hard efforts and patience. So, I'm not used to much of in-game 'pop-ups' I barely even use shouts myself; I just rush in swords blazing, shields bashing, armors clanging!!! Only one occult piece - disease resistant necklace, because I can't stand being a vampire lol.

I appreciate your saying so, Chivalrous. I'm thinking I might remove the message in the next update. Please tell me, did the message stop appearing in your game?

(I'd like to know if my suspicion was correct and the message appeared more than once for you, because you had loaded a previous save. There is nothing wrong with doing that. I'd just like to know if that was the cause.)

No, no adds on current loads using my F5 Save - Continue Game. ROFL, first comment I actually pressed F5 and reloaded this page instead of typing F5 lolz XD My appologies for sharing my lousy mood in a polite way yesterday hehe, I've been literally fighting Lakeview 'dump' to get just a single wall in place, just one stink'n wall -- every mod I checked adds this and that and that and this; and none of it works with overall overhauls of meshes, enhancments, and HD mods I refuse to give up! I decided since I walked through the Tutorial and built "Lokris Tomb," I shall make my own wall mod using vanila only content and not changing *anything* in the entire landscape -- because the whole landscape there changes from original to "owned" version; so you have to build on the original ground in Creation Kit, check in-game the "owned" ground and keep making endless adjustments based on mind memory of what it 'will' look like! If I finish the project, then I will probably upload it, so everyone can have *just* walls and fill in the rest with road mod, mill mod, light mod, fishery mod -- you can actually build the most CTD free layout one mod at a time, off of Nexus! I tried every overhaul mod and some made me have to relaod my TESV files because one altered original files somehow!! - even after unisntalling it!! I've been having an unpleasant time past couple of days. Got me more moody than usual. Sorry about that. If I were actually playing the game the addvert would only come up one time. But for me, I'm in the middle of a huge and exhaustive building project where I have to keep loading Virgin Archive Saves from my original play through to test functionality concepts and make certain that *nothing* gets altered as I make my own Lakeview Walls from scratch using *just* vanila objects and **just** walls lol.

Thanx!!! Due to the changing landscape scripts it's like surgery to get any objects added in there without upsetting the scripts in place! From now on I'm going to have A,B,C.... folders and place a copy of each step of my .esp work in progress. IF I had one already, I could have recovered my entire wall and working gates surrounding the entire south side of the property. No big deal I guess, usually if one has to start over and do everything twice; it usually comes out better the second time - so annoying, but worth it in the end! The next set of walls will be even better, I know all I've learned and will being applying new knowledge to what I learned to make something Fantasticly, Lore-Friendly, Eyepleasingly Pleasant haha! Being a perfectionist runs in my family. It won't be done until it's perfect! :) Could not find *anything* on Steam or Nexus that is compatible with HD retextures, and, several of the offered mods already out change and disturb in-game mining areas on site and the log pile, causing scripts in that area to CTD on virgin saves because of that! So, using copies of my virgin archives I'll see what I can do to get some simple walls up that blend into Falkreath hold!

Oh, by the way, Your Mods Are Awesome!!! =D
