Bugreports
Noticed some minor visual issues with reloading with m14 (max_m14) weapons.

1.) When the old magazine is removed from rifle, then shortly after the magazine is removed the hand is moving faster then the magazine.
2.) When the hand is moving back with the new magazine, the magazine is not visible in the hand. But magazine appears on the rifle as soon the reloading animation is finished.

Under certain circumstances the reloading animation for rifle and handgun is shown when you try to reload the selected handgun. These circumstances are.

1.) rifle and handgun are from max_weapons mod (for now only tested with max_m14 and m9/max_revolver)
2.) there is no magazine for reloading for the handgun in player inventory
3.) there is ammo for rifle in player inventory

If rifle is from another mod, then trying to reload the handgun will not do anything because of missing magazine, as expected.

Thanks for the help mate, considering my actual free time, next life I'll try to fix it...LOL
