Using the Weapon Selector will causing fighting for scroll wheel priority.

This mod does also not work, especially in Third Person. A stim can only be used once, and can only use more stims by entering first person and then re-entering third person.

Might have to do with VManip only recognizing first person animations, but what do I know?

yeah even in first person "[wOS] Animation Extension - Base" doesn't play well. I can inject a single stim and that's it until i die and respawn.

At least I assume that's the conflicting addon since I'm using it too and your issue is extremely similar to mine. Only difference is i use first person and switching from first to third and back does not work.

for hol-d4, you can disable weapon selector so you can scroll to select a stim.

Also if you use the orignal half life hud it wont let you scroll either

Well, I can't see the injecting animation

for some reason i cant inject it, i press the button, select the stim, and just dont work

dlib removes the injecting animation for some reason

I currently don't have any problems with hol-d4 mod conflicting with arctics Stims

ragmod, when ragdolling stims just disappearing from inventory with stims i mean i spawned stims, pick them up and when i ragdolling they disappearing from inventory when i didnt even used them
