Requesting for a config so that caravans will not bring warbonds. Maybe warbonds can only be purchased in faction settlements or in some other secure way such as the communicator w/ transport pods

Because I may have lost 4 consecutive runs from a caravan or visitor dying then dropping their war bonds which raises my wealth through the roof while also increases raid difficulty by a lot.
