Do you have the correct framework mod loaded? There's a specific one that this mod needs. Most mods need "Profession Framework" while Better Lockpicking has yet to update to use that and needs "Profession Framework Build 41 Patch"

Yes, I have that installed and still no dice. Cannot find the book anywhere. Cannot add lockpicking trait. Cannot make bobby pins out of paper clips. It's not working. It works in my solo game, just not MP.

In short, I was able to figure it out. If the mod does not work in MP even with patches, then you can try reinstalling the game with mods. If this didn't help, then you just need to find the game folder from the folder where everything is mod STEAM, then find the game folder (10800, it seems), and from there scape all the mods and transfer them to ZOMBOID mods, and then it should work.

it is added automatically, just reinstall the mod on the game and on the server

Anyone found a fix? I´m not able to use the mod in the server i´m hosting, i already installed the Profession Framework Patch 41 and Profession Framework for good measure and nothing happens. There´s no thief trait, no option to lockpick doors or cars with a crowbar/bobbypin.
