Bug?
Got all the items (briefcase, syringe, hammer, nail), used syringe/briefcase, but couldn't break free the key out of concrete block

Yeah, it was definetly a bug. I've tried now sp with noclip using only hammer and chissel and it worked. That time we (3 players) were trying to open it, but got no success.
I personally don't know what is the cause

I have found out what happened

Find hammer -> drop hammer -> find chisel -> use brick -> pickup hammer -> you are now stuck forever
