The 12:30 update on March 9, 2023 makes the game unplayable as of this post

Thanks to @NuDDen for the temporary fix:

Open the following file: .../2362219368/Data/UC_AQD_Bonuses
Now change the SubjectRequirementSetId from REQUIRES_POPULATION_5_JNR to CITY_HAS_POPULATION_5_JNR and so on ...

Can confirm the March 9 update broke everything, temporary fix works thankfully.

Your Mods are amazing but this update showed what an addict I am spent 3 hrs trying to fix my one week marathon game eagerly await permanent fix and thank you for content even if I was driven mad for half a day. XD

Fix does not work now game just crashes :( is it ok to change it in notepad?
