I'm not sure if i'm right in any way, but i don't think that you can enable or disable it by the fact that it just has Characters and items and no real events that could appear in game. So basically there is no need for an Enable button because it doesn't affect anything. [MAYBE I'M WRONG, idk, cause i don't know if you can import Characters, because if you can, than the mod is working perfectly fine how it should]

That makes sense, oh well, hope they add scenarios and stuff to it. the characters are very nicely designed and it would be a great addition to the main chaos the game offers
