A: This is still in the working. Soul reap above tier 9 gives the same visual effects as the 9th tier for now.

A: Most likely no. I think I tested it thoroughly enough. Also Rimworld has its own limiters to prevent all whoopsies.

A: IN THEORY - Yes. It is unlikely something breaks.
