anything that has been built despawns within 24 hours almost like there no point in this map if it does that

All despawning is controlled through your TYPES.XML file on the server. Has nothing to do with the map, it has to do with the default settings of the TYPES.XML on the server under mpmissions/dayzOffline.rostowmap/db/types.xml
