A cursed and damned item....one cannot weild the power of this cosmetic. Forever to lay dorment in the pits of the workshop, never to resurface into the hands of a user un-worthy of it's strength.

AKA I can just imagine private profile heavies named "STALIN" running around with communist loadouts and russian flags on this and their conscientious objectors, probobly blasting USSR theme in chat and spamming binds.

I got nothing wrong with this cosmedic, it looks great but no doubt the example stated above will be true. Just make it so you can't put decals on it, the conscientious objector was a mistake by itself.
