The base id is 002DB3 preceded by the hexadecimal load order number. If you are unsure about the load order number you can get that with the console as well.

Type in: Help “alchemist’s compendium” 4 with the quote marks around the name

This might give you something like 0A002DB3

So command is: Player.additem 0a002db3 1 the #1 at the end is the quantity you want.
