the problem of severed heads.
When I try to rip off the person's head, the game crashes. I have chromium 64x 84x

or, if the game does not crash, then the severed head turns white, and the eyes turn black. I cannot upload a screenshot because I have some problems with steam cloud

no, only for rebels/refugees/medics/citizens. It's not an addon conflict, i disabled all addons and check, heads still white.

And... Can you add an option to disable ribs/skull gibs (models)? because they come out only from the heads of men, from the heads of women and combines ordinary pieces of meat

That sounds like a bug.
You can disable them with gs2_gib_custom 0
Maybe I should add that to the menu.

For me the heads just go invisible but I don't know if its other mods I have installed or something else.

idk, Rama kind of fixed that and it works great for me. I would tell you to turn off the "limit gibs" setting, but it was removed from a recent update.
